Do menus need to be communicated in advance?

Yes, it is necessary to communicate the different menus chosen for dinner a couple of days in advance.

Do you have to choose a single menu?

No, everyone can choose the menu they prefer

Is it possible to choose à la carte?

It is possible to choose the card for groups of no more than 6 people

Is it possible to modify the menus?

The menus are fixed, but at the chef's discretion all menus can be adapted for celiacs and lactose intolerants.

I have a serious allergy, what do you do?

We don't have separate kitchens, and cross-contamination is always possible: we ask you to take this into account responsibly before booking.

What time can we arrive for dinner?

From 8pm to 10pm

What time does the show start?

At 9.15pm

Is a drink included in the entrance fee?

Some packages include a drink

If I bring the cake from outside, is there a service charge? If so, how much?

The cost of a cake service brought from outside (with receipt and allergens) is 2 euros per person

Is it possible to customize the cake made by your pastry chef?

Yes, you can write short messages on the cake. However, we do not produce edible writing or images.

Is it possible to bring bottles of wine, sparkling wine, and spirits from outside?

No.

How much do after-dinner drinks cost?

They vary from 10 to 14 euros

We're a very large group and would like to have the room exclusively for ourselves. Is that possible? Do you offer personalized quotes?

No, but the cake service moment is fun and cheerful, with music and applause.

Should any extras be chosen in advance?

The cake must be booked in advance, bottles and drinks are always available

Can I bring themed party favors for bachelor and bachelorette parties?

Yes, as long as they are not vulgar

Can I pay by debit or credit card?

Is there parking available?

We have 5 private parking spaces available at a cost of 20 euros each. The surrounding streets are easy and safe for parking.

How do you deal with defections?

We recommend updating the number of guests regularly. You can do so by 12:00 noon on the day of the event without penalty. After 12:00 noon on the day of the event, a fee equal to 40% of the booked package will be charged.

Can minors enter?

No, children under 12 are not allowed. Children over 12 are considered adults for price purposes. Exceptions may be made, but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Are pets allowed?

Preferably not.

Is it possible to use a private room?

No, considering that the place is an open space

Can I use a Smartbox, Regalbox, or other types of coupons?

The only valid coupons are those that can be purchased through our website.
